Education

In 1977, Mr. Schwinger graduated, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and, in 1982, he completed his J.D., with high honors, at the George Washington University National Law Center, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Memberships

Mr. Schwinger is a member of the Real Estate Tax Problems Committee and the Partnerships Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association ("ABA") and serves on the Mortgages and Other Debt Financing Subcommittee and Real Estate Workout Subcommittee of the Real Property and Probate Section of the ABA. He is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
